**Job Overview**

We are seeking a skilled Vehicle Manufacturing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our production unit, you will be responsible for constructing and repairing semi-trailers.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Construct and repair semi-trailers, including doors, roof sheets, and roof rails.
  • Weld steel and alloy materials using MIG and other techniques.
  • Perform curtain welding and conduct chassis alignment.
  • Read and interpret job cards, record work carried out in detailed logs within strict timelines.
  • Sand, mask, and clean trailers in preparation for painting.

**Requirements:**

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in metal fabrication, preferably in the vehicle manufacturing industry.
  • Ability to use overhead and gantry cranes.
  • Technical trade qualification.

**Working Conditions:**

  • 8 hour shift.
  • Day shift.
  • Overtime may be required.

**Licensing/Certification:**

  • Australian driver's license (preferred).

**Location:** In-person at our facility.
