Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Scent Technician to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance and servicing of scent diffusion systems at client locations.

Our ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, be hands-on and mechanically minded, with strong attention to detail and reliability.

You will work closely with our clients to provide exceptional customer service and support, ensuring their scenting experience is seamless and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install and maintain scenting systems at client sites
  • Troubleshoot and repair equipment when needed
  • Conduct routine servicing and refills
  • Provide excellent customer service and client support
  • Keep detailed records of work completed
About You:
  • Hands-on and mechanically minded with excellent problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail and reliability
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to obtain Police clearance and Working with Children Check
  • Preferred but not essential: White Card
