About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Trades Assistant to join our team at Workforce International Group. As a Mechanical Trades Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the repair and maintenance of hydraulic hammers and other mechanical equipment
  • Perform hands-on tasks, including assembly, disassembly, and testing of equipment
  • Collaborate with our team to ensure efficient and safe working practices
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of quality control processes
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to our clients
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing or mechanical repair environment
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Current Forklift license (an asset)
