Audit Development Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Learning Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end development and implementation of learning solutions, facilitation of technical audit content, overseeing logistics, audience management, and stakeholder engagement and management.
">- Manage the implementation of locally developed technical learning initiatives and solutions for the Audit and Enterprise Audit practice
- Deployment of global audit learning solutions, including content review, content development, and facilitation
- Technical audit content development
- Management of learning requirements for mandatory learner populations
- Liaison with the Learning Operations team to ensure effective and efficient roll out of learning solutions
- Governance and regulatory procedures relating to mandatory learning
- Adherence to ISQM1 controls for all mandatory learning solutions, including monitoring and documentation requirements
Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a similar role or processes within a financial, professional services or large corporate environment. They will also have strong written and verbal communications, strong presentation and facilitation skills, and excellent time management.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- CA qualified (or equivalent)
- Holds current or prior experience with audit and other assurance engagements
- Strong service mindset, attention to detail and accuracy
- Outstanding time management, problem solving and organisational skills gained in a high priority environment with competing demands
