We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Newborn Caregiver to join our family in Bronte, Sydney. As a key member of our parenting team, you will play a vital role in providing a nurturing and supportive environment for our newborn baby.

About the Role

  • Assist with feeding, changing, and establishing routines for our newborn baby
  • Provide light housekeeping and cooking services when time permits
  • Establish a strong bond with our baby and create cherished memories together

Requirements

  • Experience caring for newborns
  • Nurturing, kind, reliable, and trustworthy
  • Valid Working with Children Check (WWCC)
  • References from similar roles
  • First aid certification

Working Arrangements

  • Two preferred options for this role:
  • 2 x overnight shifts + 2 day shifts (12:00 PM - 5:00 PM)
  • 5 hours per day, 5 days per week (exact times flexible and to be discussed with parents)

Remuneration

  • Day rate: $45 per hour
  • Night rate: $50-$55 per hour (depending on experience)
