We are currently seeking an individual to conduct on-site evaluations of retail stores and report back with detailed observations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carrying out covert observations of customer experiences
  • Completing a thorough online review of the store visit
  • Demonstrating strong attention to detail and excellent memory skills
  • Exhibiting exceptional communication skills, reliability, and access to the internet

The number of assignments will be based on the candidate's availability, ability to complete tasks successfully, geographical location, willingness to travel, flexibility, and reliability. The duration of each survey can range from 10 minutes to 1 hour.
