Community Service Mental Health Specialist

As a Workplace Assessor, you will play a crucial role in supporting students during their work placement terms and conducting workplace visits to assess their skills and knowledge.
The ideal candidate will have current experience in the Mental Health and Community Service Industry, preferably 3+ years, and a relevant vocational qualification at a minimum Diploma level.
You will be responsible for:
- Conducting workplace visits to assess student performance
- Liaising with host organisations to ensure smooth placements
- Providing feedback and support to students throughout their work placement term
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Current experience in the Mental Health and Community Service Industry (preferably 3+ years)
- A relevant vocational qualification at a minimum Diploma level
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116 or equivalent)
- Current Working with Children Check
- Current Police Check
- Own transport
- Medical certificate or document of flu vaccination (if a host organisation requirement)
