About the Role

Essential Energy is seeking a skilled Cable Jointer Apprentice to join our team. As a Cable Jointer Apprentice, you will be responsible for the construction, installation, and maintenance of underground and associated electrical equipment that delivers electricity to our communities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Construct, install, and maintain underground and associated electrical equipment
  • Work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions
  • Collaborate with a supportive and inclusive team
  • Gain a nationally recognized qualification

Requirements

  • Australian or New Zealand citizenship or permanent resident status
  • Upper limb strength and endurance
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 20kg
