About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Rehabilitation Consultant to join our team at Acumen Health. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in supporting the rehabilitation journey of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement holistic rehabilitation plans in collaboration with clients and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Conduct a variety of assessments, including functional capacity evaluations, worksite, ergonomic, and activities of daily living assessments.
  • Provide ongoing support to clients as they return to work or source new employment.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including medical specialists and other treatment providers, to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Report writing, reviewing medical files, and maintaining case notes to provide a high-quality case management service.

About You:

We are looking for a motivated and compassionate individual with a passion for helping people rehabilitate. You will have:

Current unrestricted registration or membership with the relevant industry body (AHPRA, ESSA).Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Social Work, Osteopathy, or Nursing.Clinical reasoning and the ability to engage across multidisciplinary teams.Experience in occupational rehabilitation is desirable.
