Family Law Partner Role

This is a high-profile leadership position suited for an accomplished lawyer seeking to spearhead a practice and collaborate with a skilled team in a rapidly expanding firm across Australia.

As a Family Law Partner, you will oversee the family law practice in our Melbourne office, manage and mentor a team of family lawyers and support staff, take ownership of client relationships and ongoing strategy for the practice, work collaboratively with other Family Law Partners, leverage your professional network while collaborating with partners in areas such as commercial, wills & estates and property law, contribute to firm-wide leadership, business development, and innovation initiatives.

  • Oversight of the family law practice in the Melbourne office, focusing on driving growth.
  • Management and mentoring of a team of family lawyers and support staff.
  • Ownership of client relationships and ongoing strategy for the practice.
  • Collaboration with the other Family Law Partners.
  • Leveraging your professional network while working with partners in commercial, wills & estates and property law.
  • Contributions to firm-wide leadership, business development, and innovation initiatives.
