Are you an experienced Room Leader looking to make a difference in the lives of young children? Do you have a passion for education and a desire to inspire others?

We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Room Leader. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for planning, implementing and assessing educational programs that meet the needs of our preschool children.

In this role, you will work closely with our teaching team to develop and deliver high-quality learning experiences that promote social, emotional, physical and cognitive development. You will also be responsible for creating a safe and inclusive learning environment that fosters a sense of community and belonging.

As a Room Leader, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Plan and implement educational programs that meet the needs of our preschool children
  • Work closely with our teaching team to develop and deliver high-quality learning experiences
  • Create a safe and inclusive learning environment that fosters a sense of community and belonging
  • Mentor and support junior members of the team

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A strong background in early childhood education
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Ability to build strong relationships with children, families and colleagues
