Personal Care Worker Role Overview

We are seeking experienced Personal Care Workers to join our residential services team. In this role, you will assist residents with daily activities, observe and report changes in resident condition, plan and support social and lifestyle activities, document information, and connect with residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist residents with daily activities according to their needs and choices
  • Observe and report any changes in resident condition to the Nurse on shift
  • Plan and support residents with social and lifestyle activities within the home
  • Document information including all required charting and progress notes
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A genuine passion for caring and ability to build rapport with clients
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Respect for all, regardless of background, gender, age, religion, race, or sexual orientation
  • Completed or currently studying a Cert III or higher in Individual Support or a related qualification
  • A current NDIS Worker Screening Check
