About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Payroll and Rostering Coordinator to join our team. Your responsibilities will include end-to-end payroll processing, interpreting awards, managing payroll tax, and providing administrative support in accounts receivable/payable.

Key Responsibilities

  • Setup and Design of Payroll and Invoicing Functions
  • Direct Completion of Fortnightly Payroll and Invoicing
  • Creation and Implementation of Key Pay and Charge Policies and Procedures
  • Collaboration with Leadership Team

Requirements

  • Experience with Interpretation of Awards and Agreements
  • Strong Financial and Analytical Skills
  • Ability to Prioritize Varied Workload and Meet Deadlines
