Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled professional to join our team as a Mowing & Brushcutting Team Member. As a key member of our groundskeeping crew, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing green spaces across commercial sites or council-controlled roadsides and open spaces.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors, has a keen eye for detail, and takes pride in their work. The role involves operating various mowing equipment safely and efficiently, performing routine maintenance and inspections on equipment, ensuring lawns and green spaces are mowed to a high standard, and assisting with other groundskeeping tasks as needed.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have:

  • Prior experience in landscaping, gardening, or a related field.
  • The ability to lift and carry heavy objects, bend, squat, kneel, and stand for extended periods.
  • A willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
  • A strong work ethic and commitment to completing tasks efficiently and to the highest standards.
  • The ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
