Housing Coordinator Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to fill the role of Housing Coordinator.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, including data entry, filing, and ordering supplies. This position also involves greeting customers, answering phone calls, and directing visitors to the appropriate personnel.

In addition to these tasks, the Housing Coordinator will be required to maintain office records and inform others of important postings. Proficiency in MS Office is necessary for this role, as well as ability to operate technology systems such as voicemail and copy/scanners.

Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Assist with daily administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and ordering supplies.
  • Customer Service: Greet customers, answer phone calls, and direct visitors to the appropriate personnel.
  • Office Maintenance: Maintain office records, inform others of important postings, and ensure that the workspace is organized and clutter-free.
  • Technology Operations: Operate technology systems such as voicemail, copy/scanners, and personal computers.
Qualifications:
  1. Prior administrative experience is preferred.
  2. Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills, accuracy, and attention to detail.
  3. Requires frequent performance of repetitive motions with hands and/or arms.
  4. Demonstrates proficiency in MS Office, including but not limited to: Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
