Job Title: Project Coordinator

This role is responsible for coordinating workflows between departments.

  • Coordinate site inspections, fencing notices, and compliance documentation to ensure project delivery.
  • Maintain and update project records to meet regulatory requirements.
  • Organise approvals and manage related communications to ensure timely project progression.
  • Track construction progress and support claim management to maintain accurate project records.
  • Attend meetings, record minutes, and follow up on actions to ensure effective communication across teams.
Requirements
  • Minimum 12 months' experience in a similar role with strong administrative and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to read and interpret plans and documents.
  • Understanding of the residential building process with effective problem-solving and initiative.
