Job Title

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Traffic Manager to join our team.

This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to take on a key role in managing traffic flow at worksites and events.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in traffic management, excellent communication skills, and a safety-first attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage traffic flow at worksites and events
  • Operate Stop/Slow bats to direct vehicles and pedestrians
  • Set up, monitor, and remove traffic control plans
  • Perform vehicle checks and equipment loading/unloading
  • Complete safety paperwork and hazard assessments
  • Work collaboratively with your team to maintain safe and compliant work zones
  • Follow directions from site supervisors

Requirements:

  • Traffic Control Work Training (TCWT) Card – TCR & IMP
  • Construction White Card (OH&S)
  • Valid driver's licence and reliable transport
  • Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends
  • Safety-focused attitude and great communication
  • Ability to work well solo or in a team
  • Full Australian working rights
