Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the recruitment process for various roles within the client group, ensuring seamless integration into the existing team structure

Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary package, including up to $135,000 base salary + 12% bonus

Work Schedule

A 4-day in-office / 1 day work-from-home (WFH) schedule is in place, commencing January

Team Structure

This role reports directly to Senior HRBP, as part of a newly established HR team of 11, led by the National HR Manager

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Solid experience in generalist HR, with a proven ability to interpret awards and navigate complex ER/IR matters
  • Familiarity with blue-collar work environments, able to work effectively with a range of stakeholders
  • Capable of data analysis to inform HR decisions
