We offer a competitive salary package, with an estimated annual salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 depending on experience. As a senior nurse in our psychiatric department, you will play a critical role in the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert nursing care to patients with mental health conditions
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a psychiatric setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
