Key Responsibilities

  2. Supervise site staff and contractors, providing guidance and support to ensure effective teamwork.
  3. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, implementing measures to prevent accidents and injuries.
  4. Monitor site performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to optimize efficiency.
  5. Coordinate with various departments to meet project deadlines, communicating effectively to ensure timely completion.
  6. Implement and maintain site policies and procedures, ensuring consistency and adherence to company standards.

Required Skills

  1. Strong leadership and management abilities, with experience in supervising site staff and contractors.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
  3. Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively, managing multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
  4. Knowledge of health and safety regulations, with experience in implementing and maintaining site policies and procedures.
  5. Previous experience in a supervisory role, with a proven track record of success in managing site operations.
