About the Role

As a Network Professional, you will be responsible for conducting capacity planning, performance monitoring and tuning of specific infrastructure components. This role involves implementing new releases as required, investigating and installing new releases and patches to ensure the stability and availability of technology infrastructure services to the business.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Conduct all aspects of capacity planning, performance monitoring and tuning of specific infrastructure components
  • Implement new releases as required
  • Investigate and install new releases and patches
  • Provide technical assistance and support to resolve issues
  • Assist with the monitoring of issue resolution
  • Design and implement backup and recovery procedures
  • Develop Disaster Recovery and testing procedures
  • Analyse problems and identify root causes

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 6 years' experience in network operations
  • Expertise in working in Datacentre technologies
  • Hands-on experience with Datacentre Network, DCNM tool and EVPN understanding
  • Extensive knowledge of Routing, Switching, Infoblox, DNS, Gigamon
  • Experience in designing and implementing network architectures
