Medical Receptionist Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to support our practice as a Medical Receptionist.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, possess excellent customer service skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage consulting sessions and greet patients professionally
  • Utilize Genie Medical Software (or similar) to streamline administrative tasks
  • Perform ad-hoc administration duties for Specialists and the Practice Manager
  • Collaborate with a well-functioning team and contribute to a positive work environment

Requirements:

  • Professional presentation, written and verbal communication
  • Previous medical reception experience, including managing consulting sessions and meet and greet
  • Experience with Genie Medical Software or similar systems
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
