About the Role

We are seeking highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurses to join our team in the Emergency Departments and Intensive Care Unit at Albury Wodonga Health. As a Registered Nurse in this role, you will have the opportunity to expand your clinical knowledge and nursing skills through our partnership with the University of Melbourne.

The combined presentations between our two ED's is approximately 70,000 per annum, with a variety of presentations of all aged groups and specialties. Our critical care unit, comprises a mix of ICU, HDU and CCU beds and provides critical care services for North East Victoria and Southern NSW.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care in the Emergency Departments and Intensive Care Unit
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to achieve excellent patient outcomes
  • Participate in education and training programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures to improve patient care
Requirements
  • Current Nursing Registration with AHPRA
  • Minimum 2 year post registration experience in Emergency or Critical Care Nursing
  • Successful completion of TSP or similar is highly desirable
  • Demonstrated commitment to patient-focused care
  • Ability to provide leadership in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated commitment to professional development
