Full Time Sales Representative

As a valued member of our sales team, you will be the face of our brand, greeting customers with warmth and enthusiasm. Your primary objective is to provide exceptional service at every touchpoint, from initial interactions to assisting with transactions and merchandise.

Your role is pivotal in creating welcoming experiences that showcase the best of our brand. With genuine interest and proactive service, you will guide customers through their journey, offering assistance and inspiration along the way. In collaboration with your team, you will create moments that matter.

Previous experience in customer service and familiarity with fabrics are advantageous but not mandatory.

This is a full-time position of 38 hours per week. You will be based in Melbourne, Australia.
