We are seeking a highly skilled Account Growth Professional to join our Asia Pacific East Sales and Services team. This is an exciting opportunity for a sales professional who wants to build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision makers at customer sites, continuously promoting Metso's value-add offering.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering profitable business growth, focusing on after-market business areas, as well as identifying investment and capex opportunities for the wider business. They will also plan the activities of any Metso function at the site, seeking and coordinating the best resources and channels for customer-facing activities.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in achieving sales targets, excellent problem-solving skills, and excellent negotiation and persuasive skills. They will also have a strong understanding of accounting procedures, including profit and loss, budgets, and gross margins, as well as intermediate-level computer literacy in MS Office.

You will work closely with our technical sales support, customer service, field service, business/product lines, and other support teams to ensure a healthy business with high customer satisfaction.
