Accounting & Finance Recruitment Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Accounting & Finance recruitment specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to take ownership of a proven market and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process across permanent and contract roles within Accounting & Finance
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with both clients and candidates
  • Develop new business opportunities through proactive business development
  • Provide consultative advice to clients on hiring trends, salary benchmarking, and market movements
  • Maintain and grow a strong pipeline of quality talent through sourcing, networking, and referrals
  • Mentor junior consultants and contribute to the wider success of the team

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience, ideally within the Accounting & Finance sector
  • A track record of consistent billing and business development success
  • Strong knowledge of the Brisbane Accounting market and key industries (e.g., professional services, commercial, or not-for-profit)
  • Excellent relationship-building, influencing, and negotiation skills
  • Ambition, resilience, and a genuine passion for recruitment
