About the Role

We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Retail Assistant to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and contributing to the success of our business.

Key Responsibilities

As a Retail Assistant, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing world-class service to our customers, responding to their needs and exceeding their expectations.

  • Working closely with our customers to style and personalise high-fashion frames from luxury brands such as CHANEL, Ray-Ban, PRADA, Gucci, and Tiffany & Co.

  • Maintaining a clean and organised store environment, adhering to visual merchandising standards, and ensuring that all products are accurately priced and stocked.

  • Assisting with visual merchandising displays, maintaining brand standards, and participating in floor plans and product presentations.

  • Developing strong relationships with colleagues and communicating effectively to achieve business goals.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a commitment to meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers, colleagues, and management.

  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team, prioritising tasks and managing competing demands in a fast-paced retail environment.

  • Basic knowledge of eyewear, including frame styles, materials, and lens options.

  • Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems and inventory management software.

  • A positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and a commitment to ongoing professional development.
