About the Role:As a dedicated Employment Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting participants to achieve their employment goals. You will work closely with stakeholders, including employers and participants, to deliver tailored employment solutions in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and secure job opportunities for participants with local businesses
- Support participants in identifying skills to enhance their employability
- Deliver quality service while adhering to contractual requirements
- Enhance participants' employability through training and support referrals
- Develop personalized job plans for clear career pathways
- Build and maintain positive relationships with local businesses and community groups
We seek individuals who are driven, solution-focused, and demonstrate empathy and compassion towards those with disability, injury, or barriers to employment. Strong communication skills and adaptability are essential.
