Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Scientist to join our team at Roboyo GmbH. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of managing client relationships, understanding complex data environments, and delivering process mining solutions that drive measurable business value.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing business opportunities by identifying and extracting key data elements that will be used as inputs into Process Mining technologies. They will ensure that the extracted data is optimized for use in process mining, leveraging their knowledge of data architecture and integration methodologies to create efficient and scalable solutions.

From a service offering perspective, this individual will support the identification of market trends and emerging client demands for specific services in the Data space. They will also contribute to the development of the offering and act as a key point of contact for both the sales and delivery organizations. This role requires the ability to identify and grow opportunities by leveraging expertise to tailor solutions that address unique client challenges, ultimately leading to tangible improvements in operational efficiency and business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with clients to identify, extract, cleanse, and prepare data for use in Process Mining applications.
  • Analyze client data to identify patterns, insights, and opportunities for process optimization.
  • Develop data models to facilitate process analysis and improvement initiatives.
  • Create impactful visualizations and reports to communicate findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Manage multiple engagements simultaneously, ensuring successful project delivery within scope.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Data Scientist.
  • Bachelors degree in a relevant field.
  • Expertise in data extraction, cleansing, and modeling using tools like SQL, Python, or R.
  • Strong knowledge of business processes, operations, and identifying areas for optimization.
  • Experience in optimizing data for use in analytics and process mining, understanding data pipelines, architecture, and integration methodologies.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
