Job Title: Senior Technical ConsultantSynopsis:This role is centered around delivering technical expertise and guiding project teams to ensure seamless implementation of our products. As a key member of the expert team, you will be responsible for configuring applications, workflows, and UI components while showcasing exceptional customer-centric interpersonal skills.The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Infrastructure and Operations Management and must possess excellent communication skills. They will work closely with cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and driving results through their leadership abilities.This opportunity calls for individuals who can think critically, drive innovation, and make informed decisions that positively impact the business.Main Responsibilities:
  • Leading technical aspects of project delivery, ensuring timely completion and quality results.
  • Configuring applications and workflows, utilizing industry-leading tools and methodologies.
  • Mentoring colleagues and customers, providing guidance and support to enhance their technical capabilities.
Necessary Skills and Qualifications:
  • Technical knowledge of Infrastructure and Operations Management, including ITIL/CMDB implementations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Scripting knowledge, experience with automation tools like Puppet, Chef, or Ansible.
  • Cloud Management expertise, with a focus on platforms like AWS, VMware, Azure, or Google.
