This role offers a unique opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in the field of cybersecurity. As a cadet, you will be part of a dynamic team responsible for protecting Australia's national security.

The ASD Cadetship Program is designed for current university students who are studying an undergraduate or postgraduate degree. To be eligible, you must have a minimum of 12 months study remaining at the time of commencing the Program.

You will work closely with ASD mentors, coaches, supervisors, and peers to support your growth as a cybersecurity professional. You will undertake training to improve your skills and gain real-world experience in a unique environment that combines theory and practice.

Cadets work on a part-time basis, contributing to projects that contribute to Australia's national security while completing their university studies. You will receive academic reimbursement of up to $800 per subject (capped at eight subjects per year), paid at the end of each semester upon successful completion of subjects.
