**Job Title:** Oshc Coordinator
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled OSHC Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for coordinating and delivering high-quality, inclusive programs within the Centre.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop expert knowledge of the Our Place Framework and relevant state-based curriculums and child development.
- Lead the room's education program as well as policies and practice to exceed the National Quality Standard.
- Mentor and supervise Co-educators to deepen their understanding of curriculum and pedagogy.
- Establish authentic and positive relationships with children and families to ensure positive outcomes for all children.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated expertise in early childhood education and care, particularly in the area of OSHC.
- Proven ability to lead and manage teams, with a focus on coaching and mentoring.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
