
Regional Healthcare Operations Manager

As Regional Practice Manager, you will lead, coach and develop teams to deliver outstanding customer service while cultivating a high-performance culture. Your key responsibilities include:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships across teams.
- Coordinating workforce management across all clinics, optimising staff schedules to meet operational needs.
- Providing regional oversight of payroll processing, including timesheet approval and addressing payroll-related queries.
- Managing human resources tasks, including training, mentoring and overseeing administration and nursing staff.
