Job Description

Sonic HealthPlus is a proud Australian company, the largest provider of corporate medicine in the country. We offer occupational health, general practice and integrated medical, paramedical and wellness services to both large and small corporate and community groups.

As Regional Practice Manager, you will lead, coach and develop teams to deliver outstanding customer service while cultivating a high-performance culture. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships across teams.
  • Coordinating workforce management across all clinics, optimising staff schedules to meet operational needs.
  • Providing regional oversight of payroll processing, including timesheet approval and addressing payroll-related queries.
  • Managing human resources tasks, including training, mentoring and overseeing administration and nursing staff.
