Job Title: Senior Construction Manager

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-profile construction projects and contribute to the success of our company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Lead a team of construction professionals to achieve project objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align on project goals and expectations.
  • Administer contracts, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with relevant legislation.
  • Evaluate site investigations, vendor deals, and project documentation to ensure feasibility and alignment with brand standards.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in a related field (architecture, building, construction, engineering).
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of NCC/BCA, SOPA, WHS legislation, and Australian Standards.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects independently.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
