About the Role

As a key member of our Major Projects Division, you'll work closely with our experienced team to deliver a portfolio of major projects. Your primary responsibility will be to optimize project management time performance and control, supporting Project Managers with planning, scheduling, and resource management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and monitor project schedules, ensuring compliance with Project Office requirements.
  • Manage the baselining of project schedules and perform critical path analysis to ensure key tasks are on track.
  • Run risk scenarios against project risk registers to determine risk impacts and effectiveness of mitigations.
  • Perform Earned Value analysis to ensure Schedule Performance Index (SPI) results are in close proximity to target.

Requirements

  • Degree-level qualifications in Project Management or a related field.
  • Proven experience in planning and scheduling large complex construction projects within a project delivery environment.
  • Expertise in project scheduling, earned value analysis, and critical path analysis.
