Your Opportunity:

As a key member of our Dietetics Team, you will provide high-quality mobile dietetics services to Residential Aged Care facilities, working closely with our team to deliver exceptional care and support to our clients.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to the improvement of nutrition and hydration systems in residential aged care homes
  • Conduct menu and mealtime reviews to ensure optimal nutrition and care
  • Embody a commitment to continuous improvement and contemporary best practice
  • Develop and maintain excellent communication skills to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Prepare accurate reports with attention to detail and strong time management skills
  • Show initiative, work independently, and represent Plena Healthcare in a professional manner
Your Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Dietetics
  • Current registration with the Dietitians Association
  • A willingness to travel and work in a mobile capacity
  • NDIS workers screening and National Police Check
  • Australian working rights
  • Proof of Covid-19 and current influenza vaccination
