Working in a dynamic and supportive toddler room offers an opportunity to develop your knowledge and experience in early childhood education. The centre is located in a beautiful environment with plenty of space and resources, making it an ideal place for staff and children alike.

The role involves working 5 days a week from 9am-3pm, with the option to work a 4 day week if preferred. You will have the chance to participate in regular bush walks and beach excursions, making full use of the surroundings. Additionally, you will go on workshops and extra-curricular activities which are offered to all age groups.

The management team are very accommodating for their staff and offer flexible shift patterns. An above award wage is on offer as well as great opportunities for professional and career development. In addition, a yearly bonus is available for each staff member.

To be successful in this role you will need to hold a Diploma or Cert 3 in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA assessed equivalent). You must also have current First aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certificates and Working with children clearance.
