Roy Hill is seeking a highly skilled ERP Transformation Manager to play a critical role in the company's migration to SAP's S/4 HANA platform.
In this business-facing role, you will work closely with stakeholders to enable a pipeline of new ERP initiatives from opportunity through to business case approval.
Key Responsibilities- Create and maintain a 3–5-year integrated ERP roadmap, outlining activities based on dependencies and constraints
- Identify, assess, and manage risks and change impacts to ensure successful SAP transformation
- Continuously evaluate and optimise value delivered by the SAP program, advocate for value realisation options, and estimate project resources for optimal allocation
- Define project objectives, success criteria, and key performance indicators; support ongoing projects, initiate new projects, and ensure smooth handover to execution
- Develop and finalise business cases for approval and funding, facilitate regular status updates, and stakeholder meetings
- Collaborate with external vendors to understand and plan the delivery of SAP solutions
- Forecast and track the capital budget and drive continuous improvements to enhance value and performance
- Extensive experience with complex IT projects, SAP, and related technologies including configuration, customisation, and integration
- Proven track record of successfully delivering SAP projects
- Knowledge of industry best practice and emerging trends in SAP technologies and ERP implementations
- Ability to work across multiple functions with competing priorities
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or a related field
