About the Role

As a Service Technician, you will play a key role in our team, contributing to the success of our Branch by installing manufactured products in a safe and timely manner.

You will be responsible for servicing customers across the Sunshine Coast Region, providing great customer service at install and actively working to maintain high standards of delivery.

Our ideal candidate will have a positive, self-motivated attitude and enjoy collaborating with a team to ensure desired commercial outcomes.

Job Responsibilities

Some of the duties you will undertake as a Service Technician include:

  • Interpreting work plans and paperwork, measuring and installing Bradnam's products for customers on a variety of different work sites;
  • Conducting site assessments and rectifying any issues with products where necessary;
  • Communicating with customers regarding the service and install of their products;
  • Glass glazing;
  • Demonstrating good communication skills and ability to work within a broader team environment;
  • Demonstrating and upholding a commitment to safe work practices and complying with all site requirements regarding mandatory PPE, sign-in or other processes and procedures.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • A valid, unrestricted Driver's Licence issued for the appropriate vehicle category;
  • A Construction White Card;
  • Previous demonstrated experience using hand and power tools;
  • A positive approach to every task while demonstrating a commitment to safe work practices;
  • Trade qualifications desirable.
