Key Responsibilities
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing comprehensive scheduling support to project stakeholders, utilizing advanced software tools such as Primavera P6 and MS Project.
- Implementing effective processes to gather and analyze project data, enabling accurate tracking of progress, resources, and critical path metrics.
- Generating detailed reports on project schedules, highlighting planned versus actual outcomes, resource allocations, and risk assessments.
- Collaborating with project teams to ensure real-time updates to schedules, reflecting any changes in project scope, time, or budget.
- Identifying and addressing scheduling issues that may impact project delivery, working closely with internal stakeholders to find optimal solutions.
- Monitoring resource demand and capacity to facilitate strategic planning and execution.
- Upholding a commitment to health, safety, and environmental standards while fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace culture.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A degree in Project Management, Engineering, or a related field, along with relevant experience.
- Certification in project scheduling software, particularly Primavera P6 and MS Project.
- Experience in the renewable energy sector or related industries such as Oil & Gas, Mining, or Construction.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel and demonstrated scheduling experience in large-scale projects.
