About the Role
The Policy & Advocacy team at the RACP is responsible for developing medical and health policies, leading advocacy initiatives, and providing advice on policy matters. The successful candidate will work closely with the team to research, analyze, and develop policy responses to key issues affecting physicians and trainee physicians.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to contribute to shaping health policy and influencing decision-makers in Australia and New Zealand.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop policies and position statements based on input from College Fellows and Trainees
  • Implement advocacy strategies to support College policy priorities
  • Research evidence and literature to inform policy decisions
  • Prepare research summaries, briefs, and correspondence to inform decision-making
