Job Title: Personal Injury Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced lawyer to join our practice as a Personal Injury Specialist. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing personal injury cases, including acting for clients with Return To Work SA claims and negotiating with employers and insurers.

The successful candidate will be expected to independently manage their own file load, providing strategic advice and representation to clients. You will also be responsible for running litigation and assisting counsel in the South Australian Employment Tribunal and the Supreme Court/Court of Appeal.

As a Personal Injury Specialist, you will be part of a high-volume practice that requires quick and confident decision-making. You must have sound legal knowledge and excellent communication skills, both with staff and clients.

  • Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in Personal Injury

  • Sound legal knowledge and ability to make quick and confident decisions
