We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Civil Design Engineer to lead and drive several exciting projects in the mining industry. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the design and coordination function across Civil work, interfacing with clients, and delivering projects within agreed time frames and cost budgets.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead and manage multiple projects of varying complexity and size, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure effective communication and project success.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality designs and solutions that meet client needs and expectations.
  4. Manage and coordinate the work of junior engineers and technicians, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure their growth and development.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements, applying this knowledge to improve project outcomes and company performance.
Requirements
  1. Proven industry experience in civil and mining infrastructure engineering, with a strong background in design and project management.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
  3. Strong technical skills, including proficiency in 12D and Civil 3D, as well as experience with drainage software and relevant engineering programs.
  4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
