About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled SQS Coordinator to join our team at Titan Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing SQS Inspectors, coordinating surveillance teams, and managing SQS functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Effectively perform verification tasks in line with the Management and Knowledge System.
  • Oversee and guide work directly or through team leads.
  • Engage proactively with supervisors and provide technical guidance as needed.
  • Manage SQS functions, including project SQS execution planning, non-conformance management, supplier audits, and project reporting and inspection release processes.
  • Work closely with project teams to ensure project requirements are being met.

Requirements

  • A university degree (or equivalent) in a relevant field.
  • Strong familiarity with systems, processes, and tools in your field, enabling you to assist others and troubleshoot effectively.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, alongside a keen awareness of team and departmental strategies and customer needs.
  • Strong communication skills, capable of conveying complex ideas clearly to staff and construction project teams.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and reports, as well as collaborate with stakeholders and management effectively.
