We are seeking a dedicated and passionate childcare professional to join our team as a Casual Childcare Attendant at Next Gen Health & Lifestyle Clubs in Doncaster.

The ideal candidate will possess relevant experience and qualifications, with a strong understanding of early years education and development. They will be responsible for providing high-quality care and education to children of all ages, developing and maintaining respectful relationships with families, and implementing planned activities that align with the Early Years Learning Framework.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing exceptional care and education to children, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met;
  • Developing and maintaining positive relationships with families, keeping them informed about their child's daily experiences and progress;
  • Planning and implementing engaging activities that cater to diverse learning styles and interests, promoting social skills, emotional intelligence, and cognitive development;
  • Maintaining a safe, clean, and organized environment that fosters a sense of belonging and wonder.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum Diploma or Cert III in Early Childhood Education and Care;
  • Current First Aid and CPR certification;
  • An active Working with Children's Check clearance;
  • Flexibility to work varying hours, including weekends and school holidays;
  • Experience working with children in a similar capacity is highly desirable, but not essential.
