Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and organised individual to fill an Administration Trainee role. The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting and welcoming students, clients and visitors, answering and directing phone calls, managing incoming and outgoing mail, creating documents and written communication, data entry and management, ordering and managing office supplies, general administration duties, and providing support on various tasks and projects.

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in a fast-paced environment with a busy team. As the first point of contact for head office, you will play a key role in ensuring that our office runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and greet and welcome students, clients and visitors.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and create documents and written communication as required.
  • Conduct data entry and management, order and manage office supplies, and perform general administration duties.
  • Support on various tasks and projects as required.
Requirements
  • A positive, friendly and approachable individual with a strong sense of professionalism.
  • Well organised and able to manage and prioritise competing tasks.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Detail-orientated with high attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong computer skills.
  • Current driver's license and own vehicle.
