About the Role

We are a family business dedicated to enhancing home living experience. Our award-winning German manufactured and engineered products are designed for Australian conditions, focusing on technical proficiency, premium quality and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Responding to product and price enquiries from homeowners.
  • Supporting electricians, builders and plumbers with information about our products.
  • Assisting customers with spare parts questions.
  • Supporting the warranty team as required.
About You

Passionate about helping customers find best solution. Experience in related industry helps understanding what customers need when an appliance breaks down, spare part or warranty question arises. Pride yourself on technical skills and ability to quickly pick up product knowledge.

You'll bring to the team:

  • Technical aptitude.
  • Excellent phone manner and preferably experience in phone-based customer service environment.
  • Good computer skills (experience with CRM systems is beneficial).
