Job Overview

The role of a Financial Adviser is pivotal in our team, responsible for providing comprehensive financial guidance to clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with directors and senior advisers to deliver high-quality financial advice to clients.
  • Prepare client review meetings by examining existing and new financial planning strategies.
  • Utilize advanced financial software (XPLAN) to create cash flow and financial modeling scenarios.
  • Work alongside directors and senior advisers to develop investment recommendations.
  • Manage ongoing client relationships and tasks, directing workflow in consultation with the Client Service Manager.
  • Respond to client inquiries where necessary, serving as a secondary point of contact.
  • Establish strong rapport with clients through effective communication.
Requirements:
  • Diploma of Financial Planning is mandatory, completion or current pursuit of a FASEA approved bachelor degree is also required.
  • A minimum of 2-3 years' experience in a professional services environment within paraplanning or client services is expected.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are essential.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills are necessary.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple deadlines, and maintain a high level of organization.
  • Proven willingness to learn, high levels of initiative, and an enthusiastic team player attitude.
