Job Opportunity

Pandora is seeking a sales associate to join the store team on a fixed-term contract during the festive season.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, sharing product knowledge, and contributing to a positive shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets by using effective selling skills; focus on up-selling, units per transaction and average transaction value
  • Build rapport with customers by answering queries, providing exemplary service, and adapting your approach to individual needs
  • Learn and confidently share Pandora product knowledge to maximise sales and provide an unforgettable customer experience
  • Assist with product deliveries; unloading and storing in the correct spaces in store
  • Merchandise the store and maintain high shop floor standards; take pride in your environment
  • Operate the till system and handle financial transactions including returns and exchanges
Requirements
  • We look for passionate and motivated team players who express their individuality by styling Pandora jewellery and sharing ideas with customers
  • Natural ability to see opportunities to achieve and surpass sales targets
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment; stores are often very busy
