Mater Health Services is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our Emergency Department team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide high-quality patient care and contribute to the development of our emergency nursing practice.

• Provide comprehensive patient assessments, implement nursing interventions, and evaluate nursing care to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care coordination.
• Develop and maintain current knowledge and skills to ensure continued professional growth and contribute to the development of our emergency nursing practice.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to provide patient-centered care and achieve optimal patient outcomes.

• AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
• Current experience in emergency nursing, preferably in a similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and quality improvement.
